Please fill in the enquiry form to book an initial assessment appointment and See Sandy will contact you to agree an appropriate date and time.
The initial assessment lasts up to 50 minutes and its purpose is to understand the reasons for therapy, discuss the therapeutic approach and answer any questions that you may have.
At the end of the assessment you are given the opportunity to decide whether you would like to proceed with formal counselling therapeutic sessions.
See Sandy will talk through the contract with you which includes how the sessions will be managed and any boundary requirements. A typical therapy session will take place weekly and will last for 50 minutes. The first session can be booked during the initial assessment or afterwards by phone or email.
Block sessions can be booked as well.
RAPID RESPONSE SERVICE
See Sandy offers a rapid response assessment process as we understand the urgency of people needing immediate support through therapy, and the importance of delivering an efficient and reliable counselling service without delay.
Therapeutic sessions are available outside of normal working hours as below:
Monday – Wednesday
6am – 9am
6pm – 9pm
FEES & TIMES
All fees must be paid in full before sessions commence.
– Assessment fee £50
– Individual sessions from £65
– Couple sessions from £100
– Group sessions are negotiable
– Block sessions are available
– Concessions are available for all NHS workers and trainee counsellors until further notice.
