Sandy Willis knows first-hand how difficult life can be having lived through years of mental and physical abuse resulting in deep-rooted trauma. Sandy had no support network and over time, lost her confidence, her self-esteem and her identity.

Sandy entered therapy and started to rediscover who she was; the layers that buried her started to unravel, uncovering the real her. Wanting to help others, Sandy studied towards becoming a Counselling Therapist and qualifying is one of her greatest achievements.

See Sandy was birthed out of Sandy’s experiences and her desire to ensure that everyone reconnects with their true self, for then they will find peace and restoration.

To create and maintain a comfortable, authentic and non-judgmental environment for clients where they can freely explore, develop and take charge of their lives, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.

Clients acknowledging their issues, exploring their experiences and empowering themselves for change.

Sandy is a qualified counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. Sandy has a vast array of experience counselling clients from different backgrounds and covering a range of issues.
